Ok, I just finished emailing back and forth with the guy who heads up the support team for Zune (what's up Nabil!). I didn't actually know the warranty info, so I thought I'd ask and post the answer. When you buy a Zune device, you'll have a 1 year warranty. This includes unlimited support calls on the hardware and the software. A link with more details will be live tomorrow on Zune.net
